While MSIntelligence® specializes in the tobacco industry, it also conducts brand protection-related surveys for a wide variety of consumer products. To conduct these surveys, MSI employs two proprietary field data collection methods:
1) Empty Pack Survey® collection using a strictly monitored process
2) Mystery Shopper.
